The TAOFLAT Foundation runs the island Café using ingredients from the island.
The refurbished building, almost unrecognizable as a former school, makes great use of the local specialties.
Dinner featuring Fukue Island ingredients, all including freshly harvested vegetables and delicious rice, Coastal fresh fish, Goto beef and Goto pork such as raised in the sea breeze. Mainly BBQ that can be enjoyed at the tent side, or dodge oven dishes are available in winter.

For your breakfast, make a hot sandwiches using the camp's classic single burner. Island vegetables are mixed with handmade dressings to make salads. Breakfast can be taken in the restaurant, on the tent side, or even brought in a basket and eaten on the beach side.
